Hello! Kelsey here. I am a Nashville and Memphis Wedding and Portrait photographer located in Jackson, TN.
I capture natural light and candid moments with a life style approach.
Photographing chic modern weddings and huggable squishy babies has been my love for 6 years and counting! 2017 and 2018 have great things in store so lets get your wedding date, newborn session, or Birth Story Session on the calandar!
I believe the WHY behind WHAT you do is more important than what you are doing. So here is the story of how Kelsey Hawkins Photography came to be and why it is so dear to my heart.
Life is beautiful. But sometimes we as people need a tangible reminder of just how breath taking the gift of life really is. This tangible reminder is what sparked the love for photography in me. This tangible reminder was born when I was fourteen years old. That day I met the most stunning little girl in the world – my little sister. That was the day that my perspective of life was changed for ever. She was so pure and so perfect in every way. As she grew from a tiny infant into a quirky toddler I had to find a way to freeze her in time. I had to find a way to make the beauty of who she was stand still forever. You wouldn't believe what mountains my dear 9 year old sister has faced. But she is a warrior and her motto is "No Fear."
And that was just the beginning…
My dreams and passions grew and now I make it my goal to make the beauty of who YOU are stand still forever. I want to capture your family moments, capture your love and adoration, and even your own quirky little toddler. I aspire to create photos you will cherish for a lifetime. Life is short, lets capture it together.
I am a wife, a daughter, a sister, and a follower of Jesus. I love people for who they are and have a passion to encourage and speak life into those who need it.
My husband and I have a job that allows us to act like kids, love young people for who they are, and encourage them to be the best that they can be.
